Refund policy

As all items are made to order and often personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos to assess the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Sizing
As all products are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to sizing guides where available before placing your order.

Non-Delivery
If you believe your order has not been delivered, please contact us and we will investigate with the club or shipping provider.
