Shipping policy

All items are made to order and are not held in stock.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed in batches at the end of each calendar month. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 4 to 5 weeks from the 1st of the month following your order. For example, orders placed at any time in June will begin processing at the end of June, with delivery estimated 4 to 5 weeks from 1st July.

Club Delivery
For most club shops, orders are delivered in bulk to the club for distribution. Customers will be notified once the club has received the items.

Individual Delivery
Where individual delivery is offered, items will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are either included within the product price or displayed at checkout depending on the club’s delivery setup.

Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to production schedules, shipping carriers, or external factors beyond our control.

International Orders
For international clubs, orders are produced and shipped in bulk. Any shipping arrangements are managed at club level rather than at checkout.
