Overview
This website is operated by TeamwearHQ. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TeamwearHQ. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products & Ordering
All products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer and club. By placing an order, you agree that the items are custom-produced and may include personalisation.

Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed in batches, typically at the end of each calendar month. Delivery is estimated at 4 to 6 weeks from the order date unless stated otherwise.
For club shops, orders are delivered in bulk to the club for distribution unless explicitly stated as individual home delivery.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). We are not currently VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged on orders. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & Changes
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has begun.

Returns & Refunds
As items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

All designs, branding, and content on this site are the property of TeamwearHQ or the respective clubs and may not be reproduce
